The point of having a Facebook page is to be seen. You want your potential clients to come across your page, like it and become fully fledged fans. @Mark – If its an image you’ve uploaded you can tag it, but other people’s images and videos often come with certain permissions. You can also untag yourself in any image, which is great news if you’re prone to getting caught on camera. Thanks for reading, drop by again soon!

What about Facebook ads? Sure, they cost money, but many of your tips cost time which in essence means money.
@Peter – of course Facebook ads are great, especially the new ‘post as ads’ system. All social time investment can be calculated as a financial investment, but to many small businesses – they can afford the time, but not the cash
