    I think social media only works if you combine the strategy with your data collection & analysis – where do leads come from and how can you better nurture individuals before they become leads or sales. It’s a whole new world but it needs integrating with our old world for it to really work…

      @Big Research – social marketing is like traditional marketing, just with new channels and platforms to leverage. I think it’s also a lot more complex, and a lot more rewarding than old school marketing! – John
