I used the “make a copy of this playlist” function often – typically if someone created a music-oriented playlist, I could generate a copy of the playlist as a playlist under my account. This made it easy to access through my various devices. Is there a way to do this with the new design? I have not found it. You would have to create a new playlist and add each video manually.
@Retro – it must be there somewhere, I doubt Youtube would just remove something users use all the time. Maybe they’re just tweaking it, we’ll have to wait and see. – John

i hope YouTube made it easier to delete old videos, that was previously very un-user friendly
@Sherry – that’s true, we’ll have to wait and see if they added that gem on their to-do list. Thanks for reading 🙂 – John
Lookin’ forward checkin’ out the new design. Not excited about the white either but the functionallity features sound very reasonable.
@Franz – another ‘no’ vote for the stark white. I wonder if Google even realizes how much people dislike it! – John

“With YouTube new interface, this save playlist option is gone. there is a blog entry shows you how to copy playlists in YouTube. http://mvcdiary.com/2013/02/14/with-youtube-new-interface-how-to-copy-youtube-playlist-from-another-user/
It uses a third party service http://youtubeplaylist.net, I find it really helps me out of managing playlists.”
@Kev – interesting, thanks for the tip! – John
