Using social media to improve your brand perception is a great way to manage and monitor what people are thinking and saying about your business. #3: Use Social Proof
If you’re trying to promote the perception that your brand is the best, and there are few other brands that can approach it in quality – you need some social proof. Social proof comes in the form of testimonials, positive feedback, comments, discussions, tweets and posts. Prove to your community that you are these things, by having other people in your community reaffirm these perceptions.
#4: Create Content That’s In Line With Your Goals
All of the content that you create and publish on your social media sites, should be promoting the brand perception that you want people to have – of your business. The only way to do this is to consistently monitor your social media content for feedback and conversations – so that you can keep a finger on the pulse of your community. All of your content should say something about your business. If it doesn’t, it’s completely pointless.
