In their line of business, with multiple email address – they’re used to it! Instead, report them, ban them or block them. Let the site admin take care of the rest! :)

I copy their email address and name and post it on as many public blogs as I can.

On seeing their “Hey check out this cool abs workout!” message has been sent to all and sundry, I block and report them. If its a pornographic link, I do the above *after* sending them a terse verbal slap! Yes, be proactive I say.
