I totally agree that advertising jobs on facebook and embedding the application process right into the page is the way to do it. We’ve just completed this for a client. We’re now offering the service in an easy to use web app that lets you post jobs to facebook, web and twitter but also incorporates the candidate application process and a talent pool of all applications received.
