I am involved in a few survey taking sites online and have recently been astounded at how popular taking polls have become online. People seem to gravitate towards the simplicity and time-saving aspects of participating in a poll as opposed to taking lengthy surveys or answering questionnaires. I can therefore see that this will be a popular and effective choice as people always want to be heard.

@Carmen – Twitter chat is a good one – but whether Twitter will go down that road or not is a mystery. We can hope!
